The process took around six months and, honestly, without Jan I would have been completely in the dark for most of it due to the lack of communication from other parties and solicitors involved. Even though I wasn’t technically her client, as she was representing the seller, she still went above and beyond to keep me informed and supported every step of the way.

She was always just a message away, incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure things moved forward and that I understood what was happening. Buying a house can be such a stressful experience, but Jan made a huge difference and I’m so grateful for all the help and reassurance she gave along the way.
